I have witnessed, firsthand, countless clients, friends and family members, process complete shock and horror when they 'all of a sudden' lose some of their movement freedom. Physical injury is often irreversibly debilitating. And most physical injury is rooted in harmful movement habits that accumulate stress and breakdown over time. Such unhealthy movement doesn't mysteriously appear from nowhere. No, we create it with our sedentary lifestyles. Specifically, the single biggest reason our movement sucks is because we spend most of our time anti-moving (sitting).
