The UYB program includes the following:
Initial 12 weeks
- for the first 6 weeks: 4x weekly full-length follow-along movement correction sessions
- for the second 6 weeks: a detailed PDF program with the following included,
- exercise pictures and names
- movement descriptions
- reps and sets prescribed
- weekly theory sessions available as audio and video podcasts
Beyond 12 weeks
- more advanced exercise progressions to repeat the protocol two more times at higher levels (9 months total)
- lifetime access to UYB Discord support community channels.
