Most of the ideas I have shared form an interconnected system that I use as my life operating system or art of living. I like to think of it as a nexus of philosophical life practices.
‘Core Activation’ is the result of my work as a clinical exercise therapist, in which I specialised in spinal conditions, especially lower back pain. The questions I had led me to find many of the principles and practices that still guide and nourish me today.
I have also grouped a few core philosophical principles in a series called ‘Time Preferences’. These concepts form the framework and provide the direction and motivation for the rest of my studies and practices.
On my home page and through my various social and media channels, I explore and share ideas in the best order I can, but often I find much more clarity and context after publishing them. Or, new ideas develop.
Therefore, I have organised my work below in the structure that I believe is optimal for it to be digested by anyone that is interested in working through the practices and principles more comprehensively.
I have re-organised my posts by topic and in the order I would recommend working through them.
I hope you find as much value in this information as I have, please let me know if you do.
